Our specialized team will come on site, assess the situation, take pictures and evaluate in a professional manner and provide you with a competitive quote. We guarantee transparency with our clients and ensure there will be no hidden charges.

There may be times that once a clean has begun that other challenges arise and/or discovery of issues that were not disclosed in the original estimate. In these situations, this will be communicated to you for approval before we continue with the clean.

Every situation is unique, therefore the responsibility of who pays for the cleanup varies. Our team of experts will be able to point you in the right direction of who may be responsible to cover the cost.

Yes, our team is on call and ready to respond 24/7, 365 days a year, across Ontario.

Our main office is in Hamilton, Ontario and we primarily service regions in Southern Ontario. However, we have historically provided service in Northern Ontario as well. 

This type of service does not require a license or certification in the province of Ontario however we do have 17 years of experience with Biohazard remediation and decontamination.


If a service provider is telling you otherwise and charging you outrageous amounts of money please investigate further and don't hesitate to contact us for a quote.

We maintain extensive insurance protection, including: general commercial liability; vehicle liability; environmental/pollution liability; employee dishonesty insurance; contractual liability; errors and omissions liability. 

We also maintain Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage. Proof of insurance coverage is available to our Customers, upon request.
